New Hires Made at Vap Construction, Inc.
Vap Construction, Inc. has been making significant management hires in the last year and is proud to introduce you to, James May, General Construction Supervisor; Donna Neuroth, Chief Operations Officer; and Troy Reynolds, Safety Director.
“This has been a big year for us,” says Linda Young-Vap, Co-Owner and Corporate Vice President. “We’ve won multiple nationally recognized awards, completed hundreds of projects, and continued adding key management to our team. We have been anticipating these hires for a while now and are thrilled with the expertise they all bring to the table. We know they will help us continue to grow in the future while helping manage our employees and projects in the most efficient ways possible.”
Meet the New Staff
James May started working at Vap Construction in May of 2023 as the General Construction Superintendent. He has over 40 years of construction experience, including carpentry, cabinetry, and management. Originally from California, he spent a number of years in Denver before relocating to Kansas. He will be working with the staff at Vap Construction, Inc. to ensure the building projects are executed with the highest attention to detail while maintaining an efficient timeline for their customers. Outside of work, he enjoys playing the acoustic guitar and woodworking.
Donna Neuroth joined Vap Construction, Inc. in 2023. She has over 30 years of corporate experience in the IT field including, business operations, office management, and processing expertise. She also has vast team management experience, including internal and external collaborations. Her role at Vap will focus on planning, systems, and procedures. By improving efficiencies, the team can remain focused on their goals and building brand reputation. She resides in Denver with her husband. She has two adult sons and she loves spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Diego.
Troy Reynolds started his career with Vap Construction, Inc. in 2022. He joined the Vap team with experience in both general construction and stonework, including stone countertops and fireplaces. As the Safety Director, he will partner with the staff to maintain safe work environments for all crews. Additionally, he will work as an assistant for quality control. When he is not at work, you can find him spending time with his wife and two sons, or out hunting and fishing.
